I share with you part of Aon Solarra’s message which inspired the report of Week 5:
In my view there are two things going on in the field.
1. Developing a genuine individuality or “soul-integrated personality” if you like – what you call the authentic Adult Egostate.
2. Developing genuine group awareness where the group works as a whole, embodying a greater purpose or group-aliveness which is greater than any member and where each expresses an important piece of the whole. This requires considerable matrix of the first kind in everyone for it to work.

The distinction that is important here is between:
• Group awareness, which is a synthesis of purpose based on genuine individuality, and
• Flock awareness which is a conflation of survival mechanisms based in the absence of genuine individuality.
Until a genuine individuality is established it is not easy to differentiate between the two.
