A dense context is a shared woven *tapestry* of experiential distinctions. A distinction is a discernment between two or more experiences that were previously indistinguishable. The more refined your distinctions, the closer you can be to reality.
The research of sourcing a dense context might be interesting if you are setting up a community, a local project, an Archiarchy Invention Center, a nanonation, or a global Gaian Gameworld.
Any regenerative expansion today is made by a Team. The lone-wolf king-queen strategy is no longer viable to source self-authorized, centered, empowered, feet-on-the-ground into radical reality adults. The age of the gurus, teachers and leaders has run its course.
But a Team brings its own challenges: emotional reactivity, blocks to intimacy and closeness, fear of commitment, survival strategies, and unconscious Gremlin moves undermine the regenerative potential of your project.
My experience in teams, from my teenage years as a professional swimmer, to being a lawyer, to managing an Ecosystem Restoration Camp, to creating a dozen Archan gameworlds, is this: the denser your team’s context, the more effective, close, loving and impactful your team will be.
The looser your context, the more your team diminishes to its lowest common denominator. You source a loose context if you live in the fantasy world of ‘let’s see who comes to my project’, or ‘everyone is included’, or ‘I want everyone to bring their necessity’. You may be afraid of being 'dominant’ or ‘arrogant’ if you declare your context to deepening a particular aspect of human culture. While in secret, you may be trying to manipulate your team to do the work that you want them to do without holding space for it. Holding space for a loose context is setting yourself up for a frustrating mess of a non-project. The lack of boundaries and infrastructures to support genius leave uninitiated people at the claws of their whimsical survival.
In contrast, weaving a dense context provides:
A jungle gym. A set of boundaries, experiences, and distinctions that give you leverage to navigate human connection and creation in contact with reality instead of ungrounded individual Box preferences.
A sail. The tightness of your context is proportional to the quality of consciousness that your team can catch. When the winds of evolution blow, a tight sail can hold the intensity of newfound possibility without collapsing under the weight of it.
A trampoline. A flexible but strong platform from which to leap into new challenges.
From that robust stack, unfolding the genius of your teammates takes central stage instead of misunderstandings, reactivity, backstabbing, politeness, reasonability and emotional fears.
The team as a field enters a increasing collaborative relationship with Archetypal Forces.
For example, right now, Vera Luísa Franco is delivering a 50-people Expand The Box in São Paulo, Brazil. Those 50 people are not the result of only Vera’s field, they are attracted to the global field sourced by Possibility Management Trainers, the spaceholders of the Brazilian Village, but also the thousands of global Possibilitators and spaceholders for Archan Specialties unfolding next culture together.
When the StartOver.xyz game was taken down last week, dozens of people joined forces to recover the lost data. This team’s effort was not the result of a personal adoration for Clinton Callahan, the co-originator of the StartOver.xyz game. No, those dozens of people used the clarity of the StartOver.xyz field - a radically responsible context for creation - to become source people of the game’s resurrection.
Developing dense contexts could counteract the competitive monoculture virus of Western civilization while avoiding isolation. The groundedness of a dense context allows for respectful and curious culture-to-culture conversations with other contexts to learn from each other without being adaptive.
